Alma G. Stacks, 74, Stockbridge, died Oct. 10, 2005. She was born March 14, 1931 in Fulton County. She was preceded in death by a son, Daryl Stacks. Memorial services were at the Carl J. Mowell chapel with Minister Billy Rowe officiating. Survivors include her children, Ralph Stacks, and Collis Stacks, both of Stockbridge, Lisa and Tony Gavin, Marietta, formerly of Fayetteville; grandchildren, Sabra Smith and Shanda Smith, both of Marietta; and a sister, Sarah and Dan Wheeler, Sharpsburg. Memorial donations may be made to Christian City, 7200 Lester Road, Union City, GA 30291. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Peachtree City, was in charge.
