On Saturday, Apr. 19, the Browns Mill Lady Jackets' 16 & under(Gold) fastpitch travel softball team out of Lithonia, Georgia, came in 1st place (for the 2nd time in 2008) at the ISA DugOut Classic held in Covington Georgia. Tyrone resident and State Runner Up Sandy Creek Lady Patriot freshman, Alice Boone, continued her terrific batting season (.500 overall) as she hit .375 for the tournament and turned her 2nd double play of 2008.
