Avery Park’s unique charm will be on display during the community’s Gourmet Chocolate Tour of Homes. The Gourmet Chocolate Home Tour, sponsored by The Home Source Realtors, will give visitors an opportunity to appreciate Avery Park’s small town, historic feel as they tour exceptional homes and experience Avery Park’s family-focused lifestyle firsthand.

The free May 17-18 Gourmet Chocolate Tour of Homes will showcase four new homes in the Avery Park community. At each stop on the tour, visitors will explore the beautiful homes and sample decadent, handcrafted chocolates compliments of Oh! Chocolate in Peachtree City. In addition to touring some of Newnan’s most desirable homes, there will be a drawing each day of the tour for a gift card to The Home Depot.

Tour goers will start at the Avery Park information center to pick up a registration card and tour map. Visitors will tour homes within the community and, to be eligible for The Home Depot gift card drawing, return the completed card to the information center.

Homes on the tour range in price from the $180’s to more than $330,000 and feature home styles including traditional, turn-of-the-century, custom and ranches.
