Fayette County Chapter of Ducks Unlimited will hold its Spring Sponsor Event April 26 at Big Red Oak Plantation in Gay, Ga.

Activities include a 50-round sporting clays shoot after the 3 p.m. registration followed by a fun shoot for prizes from 4-6 p.m. A cocktail hour and dinner will follow, featuring a low country boil prepared by Fayette County Ducks Unlimited Organizing Committee. Rounding out the activities will be a raffle and aucition at 7:45 p.m.

Tickets are $275 per couple and includes the sporting clays shoot, drinks and dinner.

The Ducks Unlimited mission is to conserve, restore and manage wetlands and associated habitats for North America’s waterfowl and by doing so improving the overall health of the environment by recharging and purifying groundwater, moderating floods and reducing soil erosion.
