Claude Samuel "Sam" Chisam, 67, Fayetteville, died April 6, 2008. Services were at Covenant Presbyterian Church, Fayetteville, with the Rev. Tom Myers, the Rev. Bob Edmiston, and the Rev. Scott Hore officiating. Interment was at Camp Memorial Park, Fayetteville. Survivors include his wife, Lera Harwell Chisam, Fayetteville; a son, Claude "Bud" Chisam Jr.; a daughter, Beth Fundak, Sitka, Alaska; a grandson, Samuel Fundak; his mother, Avis Chisam; a brother, Michael Chisam; and a sister, Martha Black. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville, was in charge.
