The Kiwanis Club of McIntosh Trail is hosting our first annual Classic Car and Golf Cart show on May 3rd at the Home Depot in Peachtree City beginning at 11 a.m.. (car and cart registration begins at 9 a.m.)

We will be having special awards for the various Car and Cart Categories, including several special awards.
Congressman Westmoreland will be giving away a congressional award, Mayor Logsdon will be giving away a Mayor's award as well.

We will have special events and sponsors there for the family as well. Segway will have one of their vehicles there to test drive; Relax Your Back will be providing their chairs for demonstration; Home Depot is setting up a craft show for kids and we expect over 200 children to participate in that alone. We will have inflatable jumping tents and face painting for the kids to participate in, while mom, and especially dad enjoy the vintage vehicles.

Prizes will be given away all day long, including 4 seats to the Braves; dinners at numerous restaurants including Sundried Tomatoes; and many other assorted giveaways. Chick-fil-a is generously sponsoring our group and will on there to sell their sandwiches, afterwards, Brewster's Ice Cream can finish your meal off with a wonderful dessert.

All proceeds go to help the Kiwanis raise money for "Serving the Children of the World".

The Kiwanis Club of McIntosh Trail meets every Tuesday at Lunch at Sundried Tomatoes in Tyrone and is actively recruiting members who want to "give back" to our community, with their time and energies.
