Today he said in about 2-3 years he plans to run,
Straight for the top under the sun.

Lt. Governor he will skip
For that he doesn't give a rip.

Too much sweat work as a Lt. Governor,
Hardly any as just a southerner.

He has been running for many a year,
Ate more chicken at the Rotarys than drank beer!

Follows every fire in his special machine,
Gets in the paper more than did Karem.

But if you write him to check on crooked policies,
He has aides send reams of only solaces.

We don't need another stinkin careerman,
What we need is a temporary honest politician. NOT.
