The Branches Community Church in Fayetteville will have an Open House and other events Saturday and Sunday, April 26 and 27.

On Saturday, from 3-6:30 p.m. the church will offer a Federal Economic Stimulus return preparation for senior citizens who do not file a tax return. Seniors are asked to bring identification and proof of benefits.

Saturday evening from 6:30-8:30 p.m. the church will host a reception with live music, original poetry, information about church ministries and community outreach activities. Also planned is a bake-off contest with delicious desserts.

On Sunday, April 27, the church will offer a special Family and Friends Worship Service from 10 a.m. until noon, followed by a light reception and fellowship from noon until 1 p.m.

The Branches Community Church is at 282 Suite B, Ga. Hwy. 314, Fayetteville, just South of the Fayette Pavilion, off Biltmore Drive.
