James F. Walloch, 45, Peachtree City, failure to maintain lane, inference with government property

Christopher Davis, 49, Riverdale, soliciting without a license, open container, suspended license

Crystal Lewis, 40, Tyrone, theft by deception

Philip K. Wilkins, 33, Loganville, theft by deception
