Tristen Allen Bass, 10, Dallas, died April 5, 2008, along with his uncle, Phillip Aaron Bass, 30, Dallas, in an accident. Tristen was born Oct. 16, 1997 in Lithia Springs and was a 4th grade student at Abney Elementary School. He was a member of Flat Creek Baptist Church in Fayetteville.

Services for both were at Clark Funeral Home, Hiram, with Pastor Keith Gunter and the Rev. Dr. Jerry Cross officiating. Interment was at Peaceful Meadows Memorial Cemetery. Among the survivors of Tristen were his father, Michael Ragsdale, United States Army in Iraq; his mother, Tamsen Morgan, Dalton; a brother, Ashton Evans, Dallas; a sister, Micaela Ragsdale, Fort Hood, Texas; grandparents, Jerry and Kathy Ragsdale, Sharpsburg; and great-grandparent, Hazel Ragsdale, Newnan.

Clark Funeral Home, Hiram, was in charge.
