A thought

Suppose we rebuild or repair the Police Station right where it is, and then it molds and de-laminates again?
Then what we will have to do is to repair the repairs, so that no one gets blamed for an original bad building! That is unless the builder who repairs the repairs will put aside money to guarantee the integrity of the repair of the repair!

It is quite amazing to me that the Leslie people, dependent as they are on County work, aren't willing to fix this thing somehow (may be the old architect would donate some time also).
