Rassie Lingafelt LaTella, 80, Peachtree City, died April 5, 2008. She had a full and wonderful life in which she totally devoted herself and her love to her family. Graveside services were at Forest Hill Cemetery, Morganton, N.C., the area of her birthplace.

Survivors include a son, Mike and Pam LaTella, Peachtree City; daughters, Sherry and Don Cox, Newnan, Susan Webber, Peachtree City, Melody LaTella and Rick Grimes, Peachtree City; grandchildren, Tripp and Tracie Cox, Tara and Daniel Luetkemeyer, Toby and Jeannie Polhamus, Heidi and David Brown, Katie Webber and Cory Benton, Christopher and Susan Burgess, Bonnie and Glenn Looper, Margaret Ragsdale, Michael LaTella, Thomas Langan, and Lamar LaTella; ten great-grandchildren; sisters, Mardie and Earl Digh, Vivian Schuszler, and Mary Inez Sewell; and a sister-in-law, Betty Campbell. Memorial donations may be made to Healthfield Hospice, 34 Upper Riverdale Rd., Ste. 101, Riverdale, GA 30274. Sossoman Funeral Home, Morganton, N. C., was in charge.
