Poor school districts

Where is our illustrious state school superintendent and our gullible governor in the problem with our poor educational system, especially Clayton County, right now, but certainly not limited to that county?

Have they no opinion as to the cause of the problems? Do they know the problems but refuse to speak in public about them?

I suppose this is one of those problems that require only the leadership of the local school leaders---with no opinions or interference by the state?

Ignoring these school problems is showing up more and more in the young adults produced from these schools. I know it is the lack of parenting also, but nothing is being done there also!
