New faces in new places in local real estate

• Dee Baker is a new sales associate with the Conyers/Rockdale County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. She has over 30 years of banking and finance experience and comes to Coldwell Banker from The Atlanta Red Cross Credit Union in the Buckhead area of Atlanta, where she served as president/CEO. A Rockdale County resident, Baker is a member of Springfield Baptist Church in Covington.
• Myra Burn has joined the Prudential Georgia Realty sales team and is based out of the new Fayetteville office. She made the switch to Prudential from Coldwell Banker and has 10 years experience in real estate. Originally from North Carolina, she has traveled extensively while being a military wife for more than 20 years, living in Germany, California, Kansas and Oklahoma. A Fayetteville resident, she specializes in residential real estate, first-time buyers and assisting military families in Fayette and Coweta counties. Professionally, she is a member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
• Mark Chapman has joined The Home Source Realtors General Brokerage office in Peachtree City where he specializes in residential real estate in Fayette and Coweta counties and surrounding areas. A 20-year Fayetteville resident, he is a former small business owner who also has extensive experience in commercial lending. His family includes wife Gail, two adult children, and two grandchildren. He enjoys cooking and golf.
• Michael Corlette is a new agent with the Conyers/Rockdale County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. Corlette, who has been in real estate for seven years, is a resident of Lithonia. He has extensive sales experience throughout the East Coast and has also worked in insurance and financial planning, tax accounting, sales management and training, and entertainment promotions. Corlette is a member of the Guyana Association of Georgia.
• Rita F. Harris has joined the Prudential Georgia Realty sales team and is based out of the new Fayetteville office. She made the switch to Prudential from The Home Source Realtors. Originally from California, she is a local graduate of Shorter College, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration. A Fayetteville resident, she specializes in residential real estate in Fayette, Coweta and Henry counties. Professionally, she is a member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
• Susan Tidwell has joined Prudential Georgia Realty and is based out of the new Fayetteville office at 834 S. Glynn Street. Tidwell made the switch to Prudential from Crown Realty. An Atlanta native, she is a graduate of East Atlanta High School and now resides in Fayetteville. She specializes in residential real estate and first-time buyers in Fayette and Coweta counties. Professionally, she is a member of the Fayette Board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
• Samuel Valmé Sr. is a new sales associate with the McDonough/Henry County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. Valmé, who has nine years of experience in real estate, was first licensed in New Jersey in February 1995, completing the 75-hour salesperson’s course. He was in the U. S. Army for 22 years, and he has a B.S. degree (major in business adminisration and minor in psychology) from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Va. A Henry County resident, he is a member of Faith Deliverance Christian Church.
