Little Vine’s revival starts tonight
Little Vine Baptist Church in Tyrone will hold its spring revival, Wednesday through Friday, April 2-4, with services beginning each night at 7:30 p.m. The speaker will be the Rev. Melvin Ware, pastor of Mount Olive Baptist Church in Fayetteville. Little Vine is at 115 Handley Rd., at the corner of Tyrone Road, one block east of Ga Hwy. 74.

Greek Lenten services are tonight, Friday
Holy Pascha will be celebrated by Orthodox Christians worldwide on Sunday, April 27. Locally, St. Christopher Hellenic (Greek) Orthodox Church offers a variety of Lenten Services throughout the Easter season.On Wednesday, April 2, at 6:30 p.m., the Service of the 9th Hour and Presanctified Liturgy will take place, followed by a Lenten dinner and study program. St. Andrew’s women plan luncheon, card party
The Episcopal Church Women (ECW) of St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church in Peachtree City will host their 21st annual card party and luncheon Wednesday, April 16, at 11 a.m. in the parish hall, 316 Peachtree Parkway North and Stephens Entry. Men, women, groups and individuals are welcome to join in the fun. Tickets are $15 per person and may be reserved by calling the church office, 770-487-8415. The event is a major fund-raiser of the Episcopal women of St. Andrew’s. All proceeds benefit the youth and community outreach programs of the church.

Yom Hashoah planned at COS May 4
Yom Hashoah – remembrance of the Holocaust – will be observed in Fayette County, Sunday, May 4, at 4 p.m. A program of readings and music will be presented by Congregation B’Nai Israel and Christ Our Shepherd Lutheran Church, 101 Peachtree Pkwy.N., Peachtree City. Healing School meets Tuesdays at Gracepointe
Gracepointe Church conducts a weekly Healing School each Tuesday at 10 am. These classes are especially for people who have been diagnosed with physical sickness or disease and for people who are interested in ministering healing to others. The classes are free.
