I agree that if Clayton County can't take care of their own problems, then the State definitely needs to step in and take over. Don't push these problems off on another county - whether it be Fayette - or any other county that is able to take care of themselves. My childs' father works very hard to provide for private school because public school was not the best environment for our child. Why now can someone else's child from another county come in and receive a free scholarship - all because Clayton County cannot solve their own problems - and we have to pay. We have one child - we pay for one child. We pay our taxes. Now you're going to penalize us for that!?
