All About You Balanced Nutrition for Men, Women & Children has expanded its offers to include group sessions. All About You, located within three World Gym Health Mall facilities in Fayette County, has announced its latest course addition: Nutrition In Motion – Ladies. Under the direction of Patricia Woody, certified nutritionist, wellness consultant and professional dance teacher, classes are scheduled to begin March 26. These two hour “specialty classes” include one hour each of nutrition and dance. The expansion stems partly from the huge success in fall and winter of their Nutrition In Motion – Kids’ classes and Woody’s desire to continually offer the most unique course instruction based on her professional experience and educational background. The nutrition course includes individual and specific meal plans, instruction in balanced eating, food labels, eating out and fast food tips while providing participants with a 12-week daily journal, nutritional software CD and reference manual. The “freestyle” dance class (no previous dance experience necessary) will include ballet warm-up, barre and center work, jazz, hip-hop intro and freestyle chorus line/theatre as class participants permit. “Dance can be a full body workout that strengthens and lengthens your muscles, targets your core and enhances your weight loss, and all the while you’re having fun, fun and more fun,” stated Woody. Registration and details for these 8-week courses in nutrition and dance are now being held within World Gym. Patricia Woody can be reached at the World Gym on Ga. Highway 74 in Peachtree City on Mondays and Tuesdays (770-631-8004), at the World Gym on Ga. Highway 85 in Fayetteville on Wednesdays and Thursdays (770-716-5755) at the World Gym on Ga. Highway 54 in Fayetteville on Fridays (770-487-4273) or off site at 770-719-4994. Day and evening classes are available and World Gym membership is not required. login to post comments |
