Fayetteville Police arrested three males Sunday for burglary at Fayette Intermediate School and Fayette County High School.

Alexander Russell Thomas, 17, George Patrick Czick, 17, and a 16 year-old male, all from Fayetteville, were taken into custody, according to Fayetteville Police Public Information Officer Steve Crawshaw.

All three were charged with burglary, loitering and obstruction of a police officer, Crawshaw said.

Police received an alarm from the Fayette Intermediate School and while investigating the alarm officers observed the individuals attempt numerous times to enter the Fayette County High School, Crawshaw said. When the individuals were approached by the officers they ran from the area, he said.

Crawshaw said officers were able to locate all three of the offenders. After taking the three into custody Officers determined that they had entered the Fayette Intermediate School.
