Mr. and Mrs. Gene Stacks of Fayetteville announce the engagement of their daughter, Ruthie Stacks, to Corey Braun, son of Dr. and Mrs. Jim Braun of Stockbridge.

The bride-to-be is a 2003 graduate of Landmark Christian School and a 2007 graduate of Berry College where she earned a degree in sports and recreation administration in interdisciplinary studies. She currently is employed by Winshape Wilderness, a branch of the Winshape Foundation, in Rome, Ga.

The groom-to-be is a 2000 graduate of Morrow High School and a 2004 graduate of Berry College where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration marketing and a minor in public relations. He currently is employed in the management development training program with Chick-fil-A in Duluth.

The wedding will be Saturday, May 10, at Berry College. After a honeymoon to Mexico, the couple will reside in Duluth.
