Gerald L. Culver, 56, Fayetteville, died Feb. 28, 2008. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack W. and Velma D. McElwaney Culver. Memorial services were at the Carl J. Mowell chapel with the Rev. Ernest Hinson officiating. Survivors include a brother, Phil and Dawn Culver, Fayetteville; sisters, Mary Nell Popham, Macon, and Peggy J. and Charles Simmons, McDonough; and seven nieces and nephews.
