John L. Spohn Sr., 65, Fayetteville, died Feb. 12, 2008. He was preceded in death by his parents, Hugh N. and Gladys Shorey Spohn. Services were at the Carl J. Mowell chapel with the Rev. Kenneth Koon officiating. Cremation followed after the service. Survivors include his son, John L. and Sean-Ann Spohn Jr., Palm Harbor, Fla.; a daughter, Leigh Ann Spohn, Sarasota, Fla.; grandchildren, Conner T. Spohn, Palm Harbor, Fla., and Evan Lee Spohn, Sarasota, Fla.; and a sister, Nancy and Richard Dodd, Peachtree City. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville, was in charge.
