Living Proof Church is helping sponsor a 2-Mile Benefit Walk for Jessica McElveen March 8, 2008. Jessica is the 13 year old girl we having been praying for for several weeks, and she is a next neighbor of the Minot’s, and school class mate of several of our teens. Jessica has a very, very type of cancer (there are less than 12 known cases in the U.S.).

The McElveen’s have insurance, however there are many expenses that are not covered by insurance.

The walk will begin at Living Proof and return to LPC. Registration starts 9:00 am. Walk begins at 10:00 am. Every dollar collected from this benefit walk will go to the McElveen family. You can help by walking in this 2-mile walk, by getting sponsors to contribute to the walk, by continuing to pray for Jessica and the her medical staff, and by inviting others to help in participating. This is another way of Showing Jesus’ Love in A Practical Way to our neighbors and the Tyrone Community.
