Kiwanis honor technical careers studentsThu, 02/28/2008 - 4:43pm

Two seniors from McIntosh High School were recently recognized by the Kiwanis Club of Peachtree City. Selected as Technical Careers Students of the Month and presented plaques were Zach Bruhn, for December, and Chris Snyder, for January. Both were nominated by faculty members for their academic acomplishments. Bruhn has worked as an office and media aide. His interests include varsity soccer, running and snowboarding. He has received an appointment to the Air Force Academy in Colorado where he plans to become an aerospace engineer and pilot. Bruhn is the son of Ben and Susan Bruhn. Snyder is the son of Ron and Marsha Snyder. He also works as an office and media aide for the school and can be found on the varsity soccer field. Snyder plans to attend Mercer University and pursue a degree in pharmaceutical sciences. login to post comments |
