Lillian Kellahan Head, 81, Peachtree City, died Feb. 2, 2008. She was born April 6, 1926 in Kingstree, S. C. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lt. Col. Frederick I. Head, retired, and a daughter, Susan Lourienne Head. She was member of the Peachtree City Christian Church and a member of the Order of Eastern Star. Services were at the Carmichael-Hemperley Funeral Home chapel with Minister Billy Rowe officiating. Survivors include a brother, Thomas M. Kellahan Jr., Kingstree, S. C.; sisters, Evelyn K. Startzman, Clearwater, Fla., and Elizabeth K. Mace, Florence, S. C.; nephews, James R. Startzman Jr., Charles Spahn, and Marvin Mace; nieces, Ann Pollard, Jane Startzman, Cindy Smith, and Lisa Austin; and a very special kitty cat. Memorial donations may be made to the Hope House at Southwest Christian Hospice, 7225 Lester Road, Union City, GA 30291. Carmichael-Hemperley Funeral Home, Peachtree City, was in charge.
