Living Proof Church in Tyrone is helping sponsor a benefit walk for Jessica McElveen, a 13-year-old Tyrone teen with a rare type of cancer. The walk is planned for Saturday, March 8.

The four-mile walk will begin and end at Living Proof on Jenkins Road in Tyrone. Registration is at 9 a.m. and the walk begins at 10 a.m.

Every dollar collected from this benefit walk will go to the McElveen family. Participants and sponsors are still needed.
