We gave all of the failed Iraqi and Afghanistan leaders those medals for following stupid orders, so lets continue the awards with all the huge successes we have had since them.
Dick Cheney for his ability to hide all the paperwork about power and oil meetings that may have hung someone.
Larry Craig for forever popularizing the open bottom stalls at airports.
Newt Gingrich for forging the way as to how to keep wives who are healthy.
Nearly the entire Presidential Cabinet for remaining invisible, except for Rice and Rumsfeld.
All the top leaders of FEMA for amazing service to humanity?
The CDC for NEVER getting the flu shots right--especially Ms. Gerberdingaling.
