The Peachtree City Chapter of New Neighbors League Club (NNLC) named Dorte Diemer Rasmussen as their New Neighbor of the Month at its December meeting.

Rasmussen moved from Denmark to the United States with her husband Lars and joined the New Neighbors League Club in January 2005. She has been active in the club serving as hospitality chair, president, along with publicity and scrapbook chair. She is also involved in many of the club activities.

NNLC’s purpose is to bring newcomers to the area together so that they may meet and become friends while adjusting to their new surroundings. It is a not-for-profit social organization that has a wide variety of special interest groups.
