Healing School meets Tuesdays at Gracepointe
Gracepointe Church conducts a weekly Healing School each Tuesday at 10 am. These classes are especially for people who have been diagnosed with physical sickness or disease and for people who are interested in ministering healing to others. The classes are free. Men’s new Bible study meets at Branches CC
A new community-based men’s Bible study has formed in the Fayetteville area, led by Minister Adrian Lovingood, and meets Thursday nights at 7:30 p.m. at The Branches Community Church (www.thebranchescc.org), 282 Ga. Harp’s Crossing Baptist to offer Grief Share
Harp’s Crossing Baptist Church will offer the 13-week program, Grief Share, for those suffering the loss of a loved one, beginning Tuesday, March 4, at 5:30 p.m. in room 238. Homemade pastries available at St. Christopher’s
The Ladies Philoptochos Society of St. Christopher Hellenic Orthodox Church in Peachtree City is taking orders for homemade pastries, perfect for the Easter holiday. The items include: Spanakopita (spinach/feta cheese triangles) at $6/dozen, Tiropita (cheese triangles) at $6/dozen and Baklava (honey/nut/filo pastry) at $18/dozen. All items are handmade by the members of the Philoptochos and all proceeds are used for local charities. The order deadline is Feb. 29 and pickup dates are Friday, March 14 from 3- 6 p.m. and Saturday, March 15 from 9 a.m. until noon.
