Jimmy and Connie Johnson of Fayetteville announce the engagement of their daughter, Kristen Leigh Johnson, to Derrick Michael Waldrup, son of Christine Masson of Fayetteville and James Michael Waldrup of Griffin.

The bride-to-be and the groom-elect are both graduates of Fayette County High School.

The wedding will be July 13, 2008, at Dunaway Gardens in Newnan.
