Denver, we have a problem.

Can the democrats count Florida and Michigan delegates? The democrats agreed not to campaign there - but Hillary campaigned in Florida anyway.

Nancy Pelosi said:
``I don't think that any states that operated outside the rules of the party can be dispositive (?) of who the nominee is,''

Democrats in Florida and Michigan have been told that the delegates can't participate in the nomination process because they held their primaries before the sanctioned date of Feb. 5.

Obama was not even on the ballot in Michigan. Neither was Edwards (who was still 'in' at the time.) Black voters say they feel 'disenfranchised'.

As a result, it is entirely possible that in the battle for delegates, super and otherwise, the fight for the two states that were being 'punished' may well be rewarded by determining (after a court battle no doubt) who the nominee is for the democratic party.

Why is it that every election involving democrats finds its way in to the court system?

Why do the blacks in the democratic party, who have a black man leading the nomination process feel they are being disenfranchised ... again.

And, as if that wasn't enough, the two states that 'broke the rules' may well be rewarded for doing so by being the very states that figure most publicly in determining the outcome of the democratic nominee and the "violator in chief" was a Clinton and Florida.

Talk about irony.
