He is one of only 4% of Realtors nationwide to earn the “Ph.D” of real estate know as Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). He holds an Associate Broker License, a diploma in Real Estate Appraising and is a retired Appraiser. Win is an Active Phoenix Member of Fayette County Board of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. Win is also a member of Re/Max 100% Club and Re/Max Hall of Fame.

In his 38 years experience as an Investor, Builder and Realtor, Win has closed more than 137 Million Dollars in Real Estate sales volume. Such expertise create the firm foundation of Win’s real estate practice with which he is able to accurately define current market values for his clients with proficiency.
