By: The Citizen
Realtor James Henkel has been awarded the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation by the Council of Residential Specialists, the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). James is a real estate professional with Prudential Georgia Realty and is based out of its Fayetteville office on Glynn Street. Originally from Texas, he is a graduate of Texas Tech University. Now residing locally in Fayetteville, James specializes in residential real estate in the Fayette County and surrounding region. He is a member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Realtors who receive the CRS designation have completed advanced courses and have demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate. Only about 39,000 Realtors nationwide have earned this credential out of more than 1 million NAR members. Home buyers and sellers can be assured that CRS designees must subscribe to the strict Realtor code of ethics, have access to the latest technology and are specialists in helping clients maximize profits and minimize costs when buying or selling a home.
