Boy Scout Troop 75 recently held an open house at Peachtree City United Methodist Church to give current local Cub Scouts the chance to check out the troop and learn about Scouting at the next level. Meetings always begin and end with the presentation and retirement of the colors as Boys Scouts led their guests in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Cub Scouts visited different stations including knot tying, fire building and cooking. Troop 75 is active in the local community and invites any interested Cub Scouts or boys new to Scouting, age 11 through 17, or grade 6 and above to troop meetings on Tuesday evenings at 7 p.m. Contact Cele Eifert at 770-632-6417 or Greg Quandt at 770-632-0221 for further information.
