Virginia M. Aanstoos, 82, Fayetteville, died Dec. 27, 2005. She was born Oct. 18, 1923 in Burlington, Vt. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward R. Aanstoos. She was a member of the Episcopal Church. Memorial services were at Carmichael-Hemperley Funeral Home with the Rev. Father Paul Massey officiating. Interment will follow at a later date at Arlington National Cemetery, Virginia. Survivors include children, Helen M. Aanstoos, Forestville, Calif., A. Jan Aanstoos, Bodega, Calif., Virginia A. and John Taylor, Fayetteville, E. Marty and Mary Ann Aanstoos, Charleston, S. C., Peter A. and Sharon Aanstoos, Peachtree City, and Erich and Kathleen Aanstoos, Sharpsburg; 10 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Memorial donations may be made to the Washington National Cathedral, 3101 Wisconsin Avenue N.W., Washington, DC 20016. Carmichael-Hemperley Funeral Home, Peachtree City, was in charge.
