Bobby G. Davenport, 60, LaGrange, died Feb. 4, 2008. He was born May 13, 1947 in Fayette County, son of John Clyde and Opal Kate McElwaney Davenport. Services were at Parrott Funeral Home chapel. Survivors include his wife, Susan B. Davenport, LaGrange; sons, Michael and Stacey Davenport, and Andrew and Nikki Green, Rock Mill, Ala.; daughters, Tammy and Greg Nichols, Rome, Lisa and Kevin Waters, McDonough, and Kimberly and Christopher Watts, Tyrone; eight brothers; 10 grandchildren, and four more on the way.
