Mr. and Mrs. Michael Howell of Newnan, former residents of Fayetteville, announce the engagement of their daughter, Megan Marie Howell, to Daniel Ashton Fogel, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Fogel of Charleston, S.C.

The bride-to-be is a 2004 graduate of The Art Institute of Atlanta where she earned a bachelor’s degree in interior design. She currently is employed by VeenendaalCave Inc. in Atlanta, and is working as a commercial interior designer.

The groom-elect is a 2003 graduate of Florida State University, College of Business, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing. He currently is employed by The Collegiate Licensing Company in Atlanta, as a retail marketing coordinator.

The wedding will be Saturday, Feb. 4, 2006, in Charleston, S.C.

Following a honeymoon in Hawaii, the couple will reside in Atlanta.
