Beginning this weekend, area residents will have a chance to be enchanted when The Legacy Theatre opens its newest show, “Some Enchanted Evening.” A memorable revue of the world's best-loved musicals, “Some Enchanted Evening” features music from “Carousel,” “Cinderella,” “Oklahoma,” “South Pacific,” “The Sound of Music” and more. This tribute to Broadway icons Rodgers and Hammerstein celebrates the songs and lyrics that have forever defined musical theatre. The musical, over two acts, is backed with impressive singing, majestic piano accompaniment and tasteful direction. It is especially fun to see the various love interest couples mix and match as the act progresses. Each performer has his or her moment to shine and comes equipped with outstanding vocal talent.
