Candler School of Theology’s Contextual Education Office at Emory University, in partnership with The Greater Piney Grove Baptist Church, invites you to a one-day regional community conference entitled Promoting Cancer Awareness, Prevention, and Support in African American Communities: Uniting the Faithful to Reduce Health Disparities on Saturday, April 19, 2008 from 8:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. at The Greater Piney Grove Baptist Church.

Participants from the following counties and denominations are especially encouraged to attend.

Counties: Cherokee, Clayton, Cobb, Dekalb, Douglas, Fayette, Fulton, Gwinnett, Henry, and Rockdale
