Betty A. Thomas, Fayetteville, died Jan. 17, 2008. She was preceded in death by a son, Wayne Thomas Jr. Graveside services were at Sharon Memorial Gardens, Tyrone. Survivors include a brother, Jimmy Matthews, Griffin; an aunt, Louise Harkness, Griffin, and caregiver, Cindy Worthy, Fayetteville. Parrott Funeral Home, Fairburn, was in charge.
