Dog Manure Rules?

Complaining about not getting enough attention on here, dog poo rules, sorry restaurants, wonderful kids, defending Bush (old Hat), wondering how Cheney still lives, trying to figure out who is running the White House now that nearly everyone has left, dog poo rules (oh, said that), cat poo rules, and enforcement of city ordinances in PTC.
I have NEVER seen a notice in the paper where ANYONE, ever, has been caught letting cats loose, leaving cat do-do in flower beds, or dog poo on the path or at someone else's mailbox post---not one.
Too busy guarding the cart paths, I suppose.
