Touch, smell, taste, sight and hearing are the five senses we are given to enjoy the primarily tangible aspects of life—whether it’s the glimpse of a butterfly, the scent of a lilac bush, or the cry of a new baby. But these senses can also help us to enjoy the spiritual side too. This is what Tammy B. Melton’s new book, “Loving God With All Five Senses,” looks at. “I pray this book will help readers to focus more on developing an intimate relationship with God and less on satisfying the five senses,” said Melton. “Everything else will work out in their lives when they do.” Tammy B. Melton is a Christian speaker, author and founder of Legacy Ministries for Christ, Inc., in Fayetteville, Ga. She is married to Bill and has two daughters, Amy and Amber. login to post comments |
