Kenneth Joseph Higgins, 54, Fayetteville, died Jan. 5,2008. He worked for Delta Airlines since Nov., 1979, and was a 4th Degree member of the Knights of Columbus at St. Philip Benizi Catholic Church. He was an amateur radio operator, call sign KF4ZAV, and was an amazing cook. Services were at St. Philip Benizi Catholic Church with the Rev. Father Thomas Reist officiating. Interment was at Westminster Memorial Gardens, Peachtree City. Survivors include his wife, Trish Higgins, Fayetteville; sons, Sean and Lauren Higgins, Newnan, Tom Higgins, Atlanta, and Robert Higgins, Fayetteville; a daughter, Trisha Higgins, Fayetteville; mother, Doll Higgins, Tomball, Texas; a brother, Mike and Sandy Higgins, Spring, Texas; and sisters, Carol and Mark Shaughnessy, Phoenix, Ariz., and Loretta and Warren Wolfson, Chicago, Ill.

Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville, was in charge.
