Billy "Roger" Norman, 50, Newnan, died Jan. 6, 2008. He was born Dec. 12, 1957 in Newnan. He was employed with Georgia Power for 31 years and was a maintenance planner. Services were at the McKoon chapel with the Rev. David Arrington officiating. Interment was at Forest lawn Memorial Park, Newnan. Survivors include his wife, Barbara Norman, Newnan; sons, Jeremy and Karen Norman, and Alan Norman, both of Newnan; mother, Virginia Groover, Newnan; a granddaughter, Molly Ann Norman, Newnan; a sister, Elaine Groover, Newnan; and a niece, Lee Anne Groover, Newnan.
