Stephen "Steve" Robinson, 62, Jonesboro, died Jan. 4, 2008. He was a graduate of West Virginia University and had also served in the United States Army. He worked for PPG Industries for over 20 years and was currently a safety manager at Panasonic, Peachtree City. A memorial service was held at Fayette Bible Church on McDonough Road, with the Rev. Wayne Turner and the Rev. Miguel Vila officiating. Survivors include his wife, Beverly Robinson, Jonesboro; a son, Lance and Jennifer Robinson, Woodstock; a daughter, Josie Robinson Poole, Riverdale; grandchildren, Cameron Poole, Micah Poole, and Michala Poole; and brothers, Larry Robinson, Grantsville, W.Va., and Jerry and Lisa Robinson, Hurricane, W.Va. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville, was in charge.
