Henry Burns, 77, Newnan, died Dec. 12, 2007. He was born March 23, 1930 in Lamar, Miss. He was a very caring person and touched the lives of many people. He was employed by Kajrenki for 30 years in Detroit before moving to Newnan in 1993. In later years he was employed by Town and Country Restaurant for over six years. Services were at the Roscoe Jenkins Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Grady B. Vaughn and the Rev. James Stagall, officiating. Interment was at Westview Cemetery, Atlanta. Survivors include Jessie Hollins, Newnan, his devoted friend for over 40 years; nephews, William Crum, Bronx, N.Y., Carthaniel Crum, Plainfield, N. J.; god-daughter, Rena and Trent Geter; and the Houston family.
