Mr. and Mrs. Roy Ramos of Princeville, Ill. announce the engagement of their daughter, Yvonne Maria Ramos, to Ralph Kevin Hendrix Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Hendrix of Peachtree City.

The future bride is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Knobloch of Bradford, Ill., and the late Mr. and Mrs. Juan Ramos of Uvalde, Texas. She is a 1998 graduate of Princeville High School, a 2002 graduate of Bradley University in Peoria, Ill., where she received a bachelor’s of music education, and a 2007 graduate of The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisvile, Ky., with a master of music.

The future groom is the grandson of Mrs. Virginia Dawkins and the late Ralph Dawkins of Peachtree City and Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Hendrix of Valdosta. He is a 1998 graduate of Pace Christian High School in Fayetteville and a 2002 graduate of Valdosta State University with a bachelor of fine arts. He currently is attending The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary where he is pursuing a master of divinity.

The wedding will be Saturday, Jan. 5, 2008, at 4 p.m. at Grace Presbyterian Church in Peoria, Ill.
