The Region 5-A coaches recently voted on the all-region team and 13 Landmark Christian players and eight players from Our Lady of Mercy were named to the team.

Landmark players on the first team were: Walter Lenard, Daniel Byrd, Blake Wyatt, Luke Griffith, Drew Glaize, Tanner Bryant, Cole Abernathy and Matt Thornton.

Our Lady of Mercy players on the first team were Will Simmons, Patrick Silloway and Jarrell Bankhead.
Our Lady of Mercy had four players on the second team. They were William Pearl, Christian Willis, Amir Mustafaa and Jacob Lescene.

Landmark players who made the honorable mention list were Cody Crook, Brock Pollard, Charlie Long, Vinnie Hutcherson and Jimmy Eden.

Landmark’s Walt Lenard won the Coaches Choice Award and Our Lady of Mercy’s Dominique McDermott was the Special Teams Player of the Year.
