Local wrestlers give good showing at tournaments

Union Grove High School hosted the annual South Metro Wrestling tournament last Friday and Saturday and McIntosh and Fayette County cracked the top 10. The Chiefs placed third overall with 166.50 points, while the Tigers took eighth with 123 points. Sandy Creek placed 12th (101), Whitewater placed 13th (93.5) and Starr’s Mill placed 16th (75.50).
