Cathy Simms is now among the full-time real estate professionals at The Home Source Realtors General Brokerage office in Fayetteville. A native of Ohio and four-year resident of Fayetteville, she specializes in new and resale home sales in Fayette county and surrounding areas.

Cathy brings experience in small business sales. She is a member of St. Gabriel Catholic church in Fayetteville, the New Neighbor League Club in Peachtree City, and Flat Creek Golf Niners. Cathy and her husband Bill are the parents of two adult children. She is a member of the Fayette Board of Realtors.
