Donald "Don" R. Stewart Jr., Gay, died Dec. 1, 2007. He was preceded in death by his son, Denny Tolbert in June, 2007, and a stepbrother, Freddy Boatfield of Douglas County. He was veteran of the United States Army and was employed at Buckhead Beef in Atlanta. No public service was held. Survivors include his wife, Wanda Stewart of Alvaton; sons, Donny Stewart, Coweta County, and Tim Tolbert, Alvaton; a daughter-in-law, Gayla Tolbert, Morrow; a brother, Jesse Stewart, Stockbridge; sisters, Louise Raymond, White, Hellen and James Johnson, Rex, and Edna and Larry Cohran, Hapeville; stepbrother, James Boatfield, Barnesfield; and an aunt, Essie Lee. Memorial donations may be made to the Meriwether County Animal Shelton, 263 McLaughlin Rd., Greenville, GA 30222.
